Just wanted to say my hubby and myself are taking the capsules. I had 3 months to get my cholestrol down. Dr.was super excited how far it has come down. Told her about the Gumbi leaf and she said whatever you are doing keep doing it. I have changed my diet but my hubby hasnt and his has come down also.
